RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes ......That's why we will happily return or exchange unworn items for an alternate size or finish within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: We do not provide exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery (Earrings) due to hygiene reasons
If you would like to return an item after you are entitled to an exchange or store credit. We can only give refunds on faulty items.
- We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us at Flash.
- Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on sale items or Earrings due to health and safety regulations.
- For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
HOW DO I SWAP / RETURN MY FLASH JEWELS?
- Email: email@example.com and let us know what's up. Explain what you returning/wanting to swap and why.
- We do require a proof of purchase (order confirmation and order number)
- Send it back to us within 14 days of the purchased date ONLY using Trace & Trace methods. Keep the Tracking Number! If it gets lost - it's gone forever. Until an item is received at Flash Jewellery it is your responsibility.
- We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
- Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
- Please make sure the item you are returning is packaged correctly/safely.
